WSC Western Suburbs Concrete Penrith

The Client

WSC (Western Suburbs Concrete) is a North Penrith (Sydney) based fresh mix concrete company.

They supply premixed concrete throughout Western Sydney.

They operate out of a very large, purpose-built premises, which comprises both batching and allocating.

The Challenge

The company had been using a competitive brand warehouse sweeper for some years, which never fulfilled the company’s KPI’s, in terms of a clean plant.

WSC contacted ASC looking to invest in a long term, fit for purpose sweeper.

They wanted a sweeper that was designed for and used by the cement, concrete and construction industry.

ASC recommended the market leading ASC M8 sweeper as the best machine for the site.

The site wanted to sweep clean the whole plant, as well as an attached warehouse.

They required a sweeper that had an enclosed overhead cabin with air-conditioning, to protect operators from dust, as well as the rain and wind.

The machine needed to be able to sweep the adjoining roadways and be road registrable, with high ground clearance to climb any curbs.

The machine would be used to pick up scoria, dust and cement.

The machine would be used in both wet and dry conditions.

The Result

WSC purchased a fully optioned ASC M8 Diesel powered unit, with an optional extendable side curb gutter broom.
