TSG Property Developments is a property development company based in Queensland.

The Site is located in Hope Island, QLD.

The Challenge

Darrin from TSG contacted ASC’s Nathaniel Prasad to discuss his requirements for a new build at Hope Island, QLD.

He was concerned about the amount of airborne dust on his site and wanted a solution that was proven to work in the QLD building industry.

Nathaniel was asked to come to site and recommend a long-term, low maintenance solution.

His construction site in Hope Island was close to a residential area, so they wanted to eliminate any potential complaints from local council re dust.

Nathaniel recommended that the site invest in a heavy duty, ASC Eureka M3 sweeper with M class dust filter and water spray system.

Darrin visited ASC’s warehouse in Yatala (QLD) to trial the ASC M3 sweeper and was very impressed with the features and performance.

The Result

TSG Property Developments purchased an ASC Eureka M3 sweeper with M class dust filter and water spray system.

ASC’s Nathaniel Prasad then arranged delivery of the machine to site.
