Transport Canberra

The Client

Action Buses is now called Transport Canberra.

They run the bus network for the City of Canberra.

The Challenge

Transport Canberra recently opened a new service facility in the city of Philip (Canberra).

The purpose-built facility was recently commissioned to run their fleet of electric buses.

The facility acts as both a charging station, as well as a service facility for their large fleet of buses.

The facility had a large apron of hardstand and workshop areas.

They required a sweeper that could maintain and clean the whole facility in less than 2 hours.

The machine that was recommended for this depot was an ASC M6 sweeper. The machine was fitted with a long run time lithium battery.

The Result

An order was placed for an ASC M6 battery sweeper.
