Vivid Property Services is one of Australia’s leading providers of commercial cleaning and property services.

The Challenge

Vivid Property Services was awarded the contract to provide cleaning services for Sydney’s Metro network.

A major challenge for the company is maintaining more than 200 escalators, which require regular cleaning of the glass, tracks, and risers.

Vivid went to the market looking or a high end and reliable escalator cleaner.

Four different machines were tested, including the ASC Eureka EC 52.

During the trials, the differences were easily seen between the different brands on the market.

Most of the escalator cleaning required constant operator supervision, meaning staff had to stand by the machines while in use.

This not only limited productivity but also raised occupational health and safety concerns.

The ASC EC52 Escalator Cleaner stood out as the superior solution.
