The Client

BaptistCare is a leading not-for-profit Christian-based care organisation, operating in NSW, ACT, and WA. It provides a range of services including residential aged care, retirement living, home care, and community services.

The Challenge

Baptistcare has a large retirement home facility in Canberra.

The centre had purchased a walk behind scrubber from another supplier that was far too small for the centre and not designed to do the job the machine was sold for.
Baptistcare then reached out to ASC, looking for a carpark scrubber that was easy to use and maintain.

The machine had to be robust as the underground car was quite large. The surface to be cleaned was an epoxy painted white and grey surface that had a number of stains, which needed to be washed off weekly. The stains included glycol (residue that falls out from radiators), engine oil, tyre marks and coffee spills from residents. ASC recommended the heavy-duty ASC E 83 rider scrubber, which would achieve all the results Baptistcare were perusing.

The Result

Baptistcare Canberra purchased the ASC Eureka E 83 floor scrubber.
The machine was delivered and installed to site by ASC trained staff.
