The Scarborough Grand 

The Client

The Scarborough Grand is an apartment building located in Scarborough, Redcliffe, Queensland.

The Challenge

The Management of the complex were looking for an effective solution to maintain the complex and keep it clean.

The building has an array of tiled floors that needed to be washed as well as a very large car park that was spotted with oil and grease marks.

Lee, the complex Manager, contacted ASC.

Nathaniel Prasad, ASC’s QLD representative, organised a site visit and offered Lee valuable advice, as well as a suitable floor scrubber that would clean both areas.

The Result

The Scarborough Grand purchased an ASC Eureka E51 traction driver floor scrubber with PPL brushes, pad drivers and 20 litres of highly effective floor detergent.
