Goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispatch and Delivery Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nShipping is free. Please allow 3 -7 business working days for delivery within Australia. We do not deliver outside Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nThere is no cancellation policy once you have paid you are bound by the agreement to purchase, we do not accept change of mind on your purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><br \/>\nOur goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refunds &amp; Credits<\/strong><br \/>\nRefunds on returned items will be issued by either EFT or cheque. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to appear on your account. The refund cheque will not be issued before 14 business days after the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><br \/>\nASC does not have exchange option for either the MEP or ME machines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 20%.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. A RTV must be applied for before returning your product or it will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><br \/>\n12 months parts and labour \u2013 excluding damages from miss use\/ wear and tear etc.<\/p>\n<p>Any repairs required under warranty must be booked in by telephoning 02 9854 0900. A warranty claim form will be issued. Once the warranty claim has been accepted the machines must be returned at customers cost to NSW head office (6 Money Close, Rouse Hill, NSW 2155) for repair.
